Albertson Consulting completes yet another successful Microsoft Great Plains solution. IRET of Minot needed to have their accounting system upgraded. 

Upgrading an accounting solution for a public company is always a challenge. Deadlines, issues and interfaces are all potential show stoppers. Finding the right time and having it operational in a timely manner is always challenging.

Albertson Consulting always tries to mitigate risk by developing test or prototype systems that can demonstrate the system before full implementation. Another tenant of our project methodology is to utilize experienced professionals to ensure effective communication and technically sound solutions. The upgrade went and they were back up and running as scheduled.
